เที่ยวสังขละบุรี
Just on the Songkran-day (Thai's new year, April 13th), I went to one of my favorite cultural places: Sankhla-buri ("Sankhla" for short).
Sankhla is a very interesting place where lots of cultures meet, and very well-preserved by Thai standard (we can't preserve our culture well enough). Even though Sankhla is a district in Kanchanaburi province, it situates very deep into the moutain, almost hit Thai-Myanmar border.
Local people were very nice and I can recommend everyone to pay a visit.
There are so many spots you can photograph. One is the landmark "Sa-parn Mon" or "Bridge of the Mon", the longest wooden bridge in Thailand.
If you could go during any festival, there will be lots of locals joining and having fun. Tourists are very welcomed here, too.
